How can Spray Painting be done outdoors and not in a paint booth?

It takes alot of experience but a guy that knows his work can spray
almost anywhere. Most people don't realize that many spot repairs are
sprayed out of the paint booth in the open air, after hours, when shop
activity calms down and the air is still. Almost any day things get calm
enough to spray for it only takes a few calm minutes to spray and the
fast dry paints auto body professionals use almost dry immediately.
The actual finish of your final product is actually underneath to be found
like a polished stone.
Any dust or particles that may fly into the paint can be easily corrected
immediately and another quick coat applied because it dries almost
instanltly. When I'm satisfied with the base coat appearance I apply a
clear coat which is also fast drying. The surface can be touched in just
10 to 15 minutes which is refered to as "tack free". Any dust that settles
on top of the clear coat does not matter because the final finish is
sanded with 1200 sand paper and polished out anyway and all particles
are removed. There really is no over spray because I use a very small
spray gun. The Binks Model 15 which is still the best in the business.

Will it be as nice as the Body Shop repair?

Yes. Even better. I take a lot of pride in my work and I want to give you the
best job possible. Body Shops have dozens of cars to work on everyday and
multiple people work on one car. They really can't put the kind of care into it
that I do. I only work on one car at a time.

Do I need a Rental Car?
A
Usually no. Schedule a day when you will be home and/or have another car
to use on that scheduled day. You can drive your car after 5pm, usually. It
will be dry enough to use until the following day when I arrive to just do the
polishing and finish up which generally takes less than a half day.

How much does it cost?
A
I always provide an estimate but never lower than $200.00 for an
appointment and generally not more than $500.00, just under your
deductible. Customers appreciate not having to turn the damage into their
Insurance Company which often raises premium. Sometimes it's over
$500.00 but it's still better than having your rates go up. It's because I have
low overhead that I'm able to do this.

How far will you travel?
A
I generally just work in Corona however if you live in the vicinity we may be
able to work something out providing you are willing to compensate me for
travel time.

Can I bring the car to you?
A
Yes, if you have just a small job and can pick up your vehicle in a couple of
days, that would work. My issue is I have no place to store your vehicle.
